Just because it's vegan, doesn't mean it's all healthy! There's yummy tator tots and delicious deep fried cauliflower & I think they're getting milkshakes soon.
All the food we ordered was tasty and served quickly. The woman behind the counter (possibly the owner?) was really courteous and vested in this restaurant's plant-based vision. I really appreciate their mission of freshly made, good ingredients, and gentle on the environment. The food is a bit pricey, but I'd pay extra for all that. Plus, how many all vegan places do we even have in the area? I'm adding this to our very short list :-) -

Great cafe for 100% plant-based vegan goodness in Vietnamese and health inspired offerings. They have some sandwiches like banh mi and flavor pho bomb made with portobello mushrooms, nice and tender, great flavor. You can order gluten free bread for extra.
They also have some appetizers like spring rolls, cauliflower and savory sunshine cakes. The rolls are good, as you can have them fried or just the rice wrappers (summer). The cauliflower is a lightly battered and deep fried deliciousness that makes me want more. Definitely my favorite appetizer!
You can also order bowls that include a Mumbai curry chickpea potato bowl, spaghetti and homemade meatballs, and rice with tofu, meatloaf or veggies. As a fan of veggies, I really like the shredded medley bowl. It comes with white rice, but for extra, you can have brown rice or greens as your base. I like to eat, so, while the bowl is a fair size, if I was hungry and didn't also order an appetizer, I would still be hungry. Thankfully, the flavors are delicious, so I'm satiated in that sense!
The food is fresh and made to order, so be patient. It doesn't take super long, but it's not fast food. The seasonings are so good, though, you'll be happy to have waited.
The cafe is small and clean, modern and well lit. You can hang out and cheerily enjoy your meal. When you order, just order at the screen, if paying by card. Cash orders must be made with the staff, at least for now. I like that you can specify on the ordering screen if anything needs attention, and they'll take care of it. Very nice feature! Staff is nice and happy to answer any questions you might have.
Prices are fair. Food is delicious. I do wish there were more vegetables offered as main focii rather than garnish, but again, flavors so good, it's ok. I'll definitely be here again for sure! -

Great customer service. Was so happy to see Vegan restaurants other than Cava and Chipotle.
I ordered the cauliflower bites which were yummy and the momma's caramel bowl. Both for dinner. The bowl was tasty but not a whole lot of food. Seemed a bit skimpy. I'm still hungry which is disappoint
Second visit 8/14/19 same lovely service and clean space. Same order. This time the jasmine rice was dry. Not enough "sauce," tofu dry. Poured the sauce from the Cauliflower bites and it helped --some. -

I love this place! The menu is entirely vegan and as natural and fresh as possible. I know carnivores may be turned off by this but trust me, they have something for everyone. The Mumbai bowl is great for meat eaters.
First of all, service is top notch. The owner is the sweetest and most engaging person. I immediately wanted to come back after my first visit in part because I liked her so much! The restaurant is clean, bright, and minimal. It is pricier than other fast casual restaurants but that is because of the ingredients that are used. This is such a great addition to the area and I suggest you check it out! -

This place is located in the Shady Grove shopping center near Chipotle, Palm Beach corner. It's very clean and white bright inside. You walk up to the front and order on the screens infront of you, but there is someone there helping you out if you need it. They ask if you're new or not and will help you out with any questions regarding their menu. I've been there twice already and both times I've been they have been super helpful and really nice. Screen is easily to scroll through and order. There are menus also to tell you what ingredients are in each selection. I really enjoy the cauliflower bites - lightly battered with flavor. Combining both visits - I got the banh mi pho dip, and the Mumbai Burger, and my friend got spaghetti with veg balls. So sidenote - I'm not vegan full-time, so I am not used to eating vegan type food. The banh mi pho dip is made with organic mushrooms and you pho dip on the side. I liked the organic mushroom sandwich, not so much dipping it in the pho broth. I liked it by itself, personal preference here. Wasn't tasteless - flavorful. I got the Mumbai burger my second visit and although I am all in for chickpea patties and I was WARNED it is spicy, but I didn't think it'd be too spicy... it was definitely spicy for ME. My spice level has gone down a lot so for some reason I couldn't handle it. I picked at the patty itself and it was good. I tried my friends spaghetti (made of whole wheat noodles) and vegball and that tasted good! Taste like normal spaghetti with marinara sauce ... I liked that bowl! All in all - I love the environment because the people there are so nice and helpful and the food is good!
